- "Optionally": optional courses. The student chooses one of those proposed in the second and third year of the course.

Prerequisites:
To take the exams of the second year of the course the student must have passed the following exams of the first year:
1. Principles and foundations of social work
2. Institutions of public law and social legislation
3. Right of protection and of minor persons
In order to take the third year exams the student must have passed the following second year exams:
1. Administrative law and planning of social services
2. Methods and techniques of social work 1 (and the appropriateness of Internship 1)
3. Social policies
Students who have not obtained the apprenticeship in Internship 1, but who have passed the compulsory exam of Methods and Techniques 1, will be able to attend the lessons in Methods and Techniques 2, but will not be able to take the examination of Methods and Techniques 2, until they would have obtained the appropriateness of the Internship 1.
